On a camping trip in the Tunisian Sahara, Kumulus CEO Iheb Triki noticed dew collecting on his tent, and had an idea. His water tech company has now built a machine that can extract and purify drinking water from humidity in the air.
With support from USAID INVEST and its partner CrossBoundary, Kumulus recently raised more than $750,000 to continue to invest in R&D, file patents, and grow its business. CrossBoundary helped the company build out an investor pitch deck and make connections with investors.
