The President of the Italian Republic, Sergio Mattarella delivers a speech during the official observance of the Vajont Dam disaster. Mattarella emphasized the importance of remembering and honoring the victims of the disaster. On October 9th, 1963, a mega-tsunami at the Vajont Dam caused by landslides resulted in one of the worst man-made disasters in history.
