Airmen assigned to the 92nd, 366th and 627th Force Support Squadrons set up the tent frame for a Single Pallet Expeditionary Kitchen during a regional readiness exercise at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho, Aug. 15, 2023. The Airmen built a SPEK tent to learn the process of food preparation in a deployed environment. During the exercise, FSS Airmen from Fairchild AFB, Mountain Home AFB and Joint Base Lewis-McChord built lodging, mortuary and Single Pallet Expeditionary Kitchen tents to increase their readiness to operate in a deployed environment.
