Don MaKay, director of the Commander’s Action Group for U.S. Alaskan Command, presents the ALCOM mission briefing to defense and security experts from Canada, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, and the United States in Anchorage, Alaska, Sept. 26, 2023.
