Robert Ingraham, Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency Scientific Recovery Expert (SRE), observes a hillside after clearing vegetation on a recovery mission in Laos, September 30, 2023. Missions can employ up to 120 local workers to assist the recovery team in screening operations, clearing brush and vegetation, and assisting in a bucket line on site.
