U.S. Army Yuma proving Ground (YPG) Commander Col. John Nelson led the Pledge of Allegiance at Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs' State of the State Address delivered at Arizona Western College on July 7, 2023. The event afforded him the opportunity to interact with even more members of the Yuma community in his second local public event within his first eight days in command.
