    U.S Air Force Airman 1st Class Nicole Pudlo,169th Air Support Operations Squadron, Commander Support Staff admin, Illinois Air National Guard, holds a peregrine falcon while participating in a state partnership engagement with Polish air force functional area counterparts at 33rd Air Base, Poland, during Aviation Detachment Rotation 23-4 Sept. 15, 2023. ADR’s focus is on delivering forces and exercising capabilities from strategic locations across the European theater at strategic times while quickly integrating those forces with allies and partners. ADR is a bilateral training exercise with the Polish air force designed to enhance allied interoperability, maintain joint readiness, and assure regional allies of NATO capabilities.
