Czech Army soldier, Master Sgt. Jan Ledvina joins U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to the 30th Medical Brigade, 21st Theater Sustainment Command, as they prepare for the Weapons Lanes qualification at the U.S. Army Europe Expert Field Medical Badge (EFMB) on November 7, 2023, at the E3B training site on Vilseck, Germany.
As a prerequisite to competing, the competitors must have qualified expert with the M4 Carbine or M16 Rifle on a 300-meter range within six months of testing for the E3B, which is the Expert Soldier Badge (ESB), Expert Field Medic Badge (EFMB) and Expert Infantry Badge (EIB).
