Victor Pastor, chief of staff, U.S. Marine Corps Forces, South, during a staff planner working group at The National World War II Museum, New Orleans, Louisiana, Nov. 8, 2023. During the working group, leadership developed and proposed a security, cooperation, and engagement plan to execute key leadership engagements, exercises, and professional military education exchanges between the two nations. This security, cooperation, and engagement plan highlights the mutual transparency and shared democratic values which are the foundation of the Chile-U.S. relationship in an ever-changing security environment.
