U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Lexus Gorospe, an ammunition technician with 3d Littoral Combat Team, 3d Marine Littoral Regiment, 3d Marine Division, acts as a casualty during medical training for Navy Sailors with 3d Medical Battalion, 3d Marine Logistics Group, Philippine Airmen with 582nd Aircraft Control and Warning Group, Philippine Marines with Marine Battalion Landing Team 8, and local emergency medical response teams during KAMANDAG 7 at Paredes Air Station, Philippines, Nov. 14, 2023. KAMANDAG is an annual Philippine Marine Corps and U.S. Marine Corps led exercise aimed at improving multilateral readiness, relationships, and mutual capabilities in the advancement of a Free and Open Indo-Pacific.
