Tech Sgt. Tyler Martin, 14th Maintenance Squadron aircraft structural airman, checks the hole size on a canopy sill longeron template to ensure the holes are properly lined up prior to drilling on the actual CSL. The repair is an intensive process that required several shops to take apart an F-16 by lifting the aircraft on jacks, removing the canopy, and several panels before being able to repair the CSLs.
