Retired U.S. Navy veteran Cmdr. Henry James Bedinger is introduced to deliver remarks at the annual Mt. Soledad Veteran’s Day Ceremony in La Jolla, California, Nov. 11, 2023. Bedinger is a Vietnam War veteran. He served as an A-4 Radar intercept officer during the Vietnam War and was forced to eject during a flight over Laos.
