Sailors carry chaff rounds on the boat deck aboard the Whidbey Island-class amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga (LSD 46) during an ammunition handling evolution. Tortuga is underway in preparation for an amphibious integration training (AIT) and certification exercise (CERTEX), and will participate in the annual multinational joint training exercise Cobra Gold.
