Quinn, Nineteenth Air Force Commander, and U.S. Air Force CMSgt Justin Apticar, Nineteenth Air Force Command Chief, during their visit to the survival, evasion, resistance, and escape (SERE) school at Fairchild AFB, WA on Dec. 1, 2023. While the primary mission of the 36 Rescue Squadron is to support SERE training and be ready to conduct airborne rescues, they also aid local agencies in search and rescue operations when requested and able.
