breaking bread and sharing song...NHB/NMRTC Bremerton's Terrace Dining Facility offered a holiday meal Dec. 13, 2023 which featured traditional entrees along with a host of side dishes, salad and dessert offerings.
"Seeing everyone enjoy our effort and get into the holiday spirit by the amazing job our team helps boost morale. We know there are staff who don't have family in the area. A special meal like this creates a unique bond for everyone. Even our patients," said Chief Culinary Specialist Mitchell Reed, NMRTC Bremerton Combined Food Operations leading chief petty officer, noting that his galley team cooked approximately 40 pounds of ham, 120 pounds of prime rib and 80 pounds of turkey, along with preparing everything else.
