Nguyen, a Westminster, California native who is a marksmanship instructor/competitive shooter assigned to the USAMU’s International Rifle Team, clenched the Air Rifle Paralympian Championship with a score of 1256 winning the title with a 0.2 lead, as well as the Paralympian Smallbore Paralympian Championship with a 1237 score 6.6 points ahead of silver.
