Army Capt. David Maestas, director of J-6, updates Army Brig. Gen. Gregory Zanetti, Joint Task Force deputy commander, on the status of projects currently underway within the J-6 directorate. The J-6 mission is to support all the command and control, computer, and communications systems requirements for the JTF mission and to provide the JTF commander and his staff with advice and recommendations. JTF Guantanamo conducts safe and humane care and custody of detained enemy combatants. The JTF conducts interrogation operations to collect strategic intelligence in support of the Global War on Terror and supports law enforcement and war crimes investigations. JTF Guantanamo is committed to the safety and security of American service members and civilians working inside its detention facilities.
