Just before sunset, a U.S. Army helicopter carrying water flies over NSA/CSS Hawaii’s Rochefort building. Helicopters flew over continuously for a week on the way to fight a wildfire in the neighboring town of Mililani Mauka, which began 30 October. As of 12 November, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service reported the fire was 90% contained with 1,681 acres burned.
