Nearly a dozen members of the U.S. Department of State are hosted by the U.S. Political Advisor office team at the North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command headquarters on Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, Oct. 27, 2023. The IVLP is the State Department’s premier professional exchange program. Through short-term visits to the U.S., current and emerging foreign leaders in a variety of fields experience the U.S. firsthand and cultivate lasting relationships with their American counterparts.
