1st LT Matt McCaffrey, Marine Corps, Student Naval Aviator (left) and HN Seyveon Plaza, Hospital Corpsman, give a thumbs up as they are ready for takeoff. HN Plaza was able to take a flight in a T-44 Pegasus Trainer twin-engine aircraft as part of an inaugural program, “Great Catch, First Flight.” This program is a partnership between Naval Health Clinic Corpus Christi and the Commodore of Training Air Wing Four to recognize and reward sailors who go above and beyond the call of duty and provide them a once in a lifetime opportunity to go flying with Instructor and Student Aviators.
