Florida Army National Guard, 54th Security Force Assistance Brigade (SFAB), conducts a pre-deployment ceremony, Camp Blanding Joint Training Center, February 3rd, 2024. It is customary at deployment ceremonies to give a state flag to leadership to take forward as a reminder and representation of home. SFABs are trained and built to enable combatant commanders to accomplish theater security objectives through training, advising, assisting, accompanying, and enabling allied and indigenous security forces.
