Royal Australian Navy Lt. William Hall, Lt. Cmdr. Adam Klyne, and Lt. Cmdr. James Heydon are the first Aussie officers to attend the U.S. Naval Submarine School’s Submarine Officer Basic School in Groton, Connecticut, Feb. 20, 2024.
These sailors are part of a decades-long plan that will see Australia fielding its own fleet of nuclear-powered submarines.
