A team of women conducted a “Women in Aviation” panel during the Singapore Airshow 2024 at the (Changi Exhibition Center, Republic of Singapore, Feb. 21, 2024. During the panel, the team explored avenues to encourage women to join the Aerospace sector, discussed their experiences, addressed barriers to entry, and identified initiatives to encourage inclusiveness.
