YOKOSUKA, Japan (February 29, 2024) - Capt. Les Sobol, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), provides the opening remarks at the installation's Commander, Pacific Fleet Culture of Excellence Workshop 2024 at CFAY's Community Readiness Center on Main Base in Yokosuka, Japan February 29, 2024. This specific workshop was targetted for command ombudsmen, Family Readiness Group (FRG) leaders, and Navy spouses. Yokosuka hosted 12 total sessions over two days for all Sailors regardless of rank, dependents, civilian employees, and some tailored breakouts for specialized counselors.
