Matambelo, along with servicemembers of various countries, is participating in Cutlass Express 2024 in Djibouti, Africa. Cutlass Express 2024 increases the collective ability of African, European, South American, and U.S. maritime forces and improves naval cooperation to ensure regional maritime security.
