Cunningham presented Dikoume with a check for the amount of Post 9-11 GI Bill and Army Tuition Assistance funds she stands to earn over her enlistment, which is valued at over 190k dollars, on February 10, 2024, at the Los Angeles’ Black College Expo held downtown at the Convention Center. As a Los Angeles Strategic Officer Recruiting Detachment (LA SORD) guest, Cunningham attended the expo. Rwiyaza was on hand, staffing the USC ROTC recruitment table and answering any expo attendees’ questions during the event.
