This JHAT allowed the Guardsmen of the 91st CST to train with the 64th CST, New Mexico National Guard, firefighters and medics from Mesa Timber Fire and Medical District and Pinetop Fire District, and Public Information Officers from the Navajo County Department of Emergency Management and Preparedness to be prepared to confront any chemical, biological, and radiological threats against the homeland at a moment’s notice as a combined, efficient and effective team.
