In honor of Gen. (Ret.) Norton Schwartz, the 19th Chief of Staff of the Air Force, enlisted members form a human cordon to pay their last respects during an Air Force Special Operations Command Order of the Sword ceremony at the Emerald Coast Convention Center on Okaloosa Island, Fla., Feb. 1, 2013.
