Continuing her family's proud military legacy, South Dakota native and U.S. Air Force veteran Michelle Mason now serves as a logistics management specialist at the U.S. Army Medical Materiel Development Activity, Fort Detrick, Maryland. Drawing from her valuable experience in the Air Force, Michelle's approach to leadership emphasizes the significance of valuing individuals' unique qualities and experiences for fostering a successful team dynamic.
