Praise for Public Health… Angelin Manczko, environmental health technician assigned to Naval Hospital Bremerton Public Health directorate, was recently selected as the command’s Civilian of the Year. Using consultative and evaluation principles, Manczko is responsible for helping active duty, civilian staff, and eligible patients, develop – and retain - operational readiness by preventing injury or disease, and address any potential occupational and workplace health dangers. NHB’s Public Health team dominated the award cycle, as Blaine Brock, environmental health officer, was selected as the Senior Civilian of the Year.
