Spc. Alexander Rivera, an infantryman representing the Coamo, Puerto Rico-based Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 65th Infantry, Puerto Rico Army National Guard completes a series of tactical communication tasks using the Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System while being evaluated by Kentucky Army National Guard cadre from the 149th MEB. The National Guard remains agile and adaptive to meet unpredictable challenges.
