This is Center Hill Dam on the Caney Fork River in Lancaster, Tennessee, which forms Center Hill Lake. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District completed an Environmental Assessment under the National Environmental Policy Act to update the Center Hill Dam and Reservoir Water Control Manual.
