The .50 caliber machine gun of an OH-58 Kiowa helicopter fires over the Tigris River, Mosul, Iraq, April 6. The Kiowa, belonging to 4th Squadron 6th Air Cavalry Regiment from Fort Lewis, Wash., is firing on an area of the Tigris called Gilligan's Island, a test fire pit for helicopters leaving Logistical Supply Area Diamondback for missions in the Ninewa province.
