Ryan Garlow, 100th Air Refueling Wing commander, prepares to cut an official ribbon to mark the opening of the Second Air Division Heritage Gallery in Swaffham, Norfolk, England, March 13, 2024. To bring a heritage feel to the event, Garlow wore an authentic World War II U.S. Army Air Force uniform, loaned to him by James Clarey, curator of the museum, made up of a European Theatre of Operations (ETO) jacket originally worn by Capt. Philip Parsons, 735th Bomb Squadron pilot, 453rd Bomb Group, Old Buckenham, Norfolk, England. Garlow's World War II uniform pants were originally owned and worn by Capt.
