Let's give a shout-out to Airman 1st Class Ty’Liah Cobb with the 81st Diagnostics and Therapeutics Squadron for being chosen as the Warrior of the Week this week! Cobb has assumed the critical NCO in charge role of lead technician for the pharmacy’s refill shift. She has effectively lead her team to process 123,000 prescriptions and successfully eliminated a three day backlog, despite a 20% staff shortage. Additionally, she has expertly reorganized 144 drug cells within a $785,000 dispensing machine, reducing restock times by 37% for 56,000 beneficiaries and consequently decreasing patient wait times by 63%.
