Richard Zeber, Director, U.S. Naval Hospital Guantanamo Bay and Commanding Officer, U.S. Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command, and members from Preventive Medicine, May 13. Melendez, a native of Toa Baja, Puerto Rico, belongs to Veterinary Readiness Activity, Fort Eisenhower, Augusta, Ga.
