WHITE BEACH, Okinawa (May 16, 2024) Lt. Gen. Ricky Rupp, commander of U.S. Forces Japan and 5th Air Force, tours the barracks renovation construction project at White Beach Naval Facility, operated by Commander, Fleet Activities Okinawa (CFAO). The barracks renovation tour was part of Rupp's recent visit to various U.S. installations on Okinawa, further familiarizing himself with the capabilities of the USFJ joint force and the quality of life of its service members and civilians.
