NEW YORK (May 23, 2024) Secretary of the Navy Carlos Del Toro shakes hands with General Counsel of the Department of the Navy John P. Coffey after announcing the name of the Navy's newest Constellation-class guided-missile frigate, USS Hamilton (FFG 66), at the Mayor’s Welcome Breakfast during Fleet Week New York, May 23. Fleet Week New York is a time-honored sea service celebration that allows citizens of New York City and the surrounding tri-state region to witness today’s maritime capabilities first-hand.
