Fred Kacher, commander, U.S. 7th Fleet, with a token of appreciation as the guest speaker for the 124th Submarine Birthday Ball held at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka, May 23, 2024. The ball was coordinated by Commander, Submarine Group 7, which directs forward-deployed, combat capable forces across the full spectrum of undersea warfare throughout the Western Pacific, Indian Ocean, and Arabian Sea.
