NEW YORK (May 27, 2024) Port Richmond High School Junior Reserve Officer Training Corp members raise and carry guiding flags in the 105th Annual Staten Island Memorial Day Parade during Fleet Week New York, May 27. Fleet Week New York is a time-honored sea service celebration that allows citizens of New York City and the surrounding tri-state region to witness today’s maritime capabilities first-hand.
