U.S. Marines with 1st Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, and service members with the Armed Forces of the Philippines conduct a rehearsal of concept drill for a final infantry patrolling exercise during Archipelagic Coastal Defense Continuum in Barira, Philippines, May 27, 2024. A ROC drill is a dry walk-through of a plan between a commander and their subordinates ensuring a shared understanding of the plan.
