Chicken farming used to be a major industry in the Hawr Rajab, Adwaniyah and Arab Jabour areas before insurgent violence halted the business. With improvements in security, the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division is trying to revitalize the industry with help from Baghdad-7 embedded provincial reconstruction team.
