Sgt. 1st Class Sean Toohey, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 19th Infantry Regiment, 198th Infantry Brigade, at Fort Moore, Georgia, completes the Sand Hill Obstacle Course while competing in the 2024 Drill Sergeant of the Year Competition, June 5, 2024, at Fort Moore, Ga. During the competition, Drill Sergeants face a variety of physical and mental tests to include an ACFT, written exams, scenario-based marksmanship, land navigation, knowledge questions posed by a panel, and more.
