U.S. Army Soldiers with the 160th Forward Resuscitative Surgical Detachment, 519th Hospital Center, 30th Medical Brigade conduct medical hands-on training during the Army Trauma Training Course at Ryder Trauma Center in Miami, Florida from 6-20 April. The two-week course provides surgical teams with skills to improve teamwork and prepares them for treating casualties that are typical in a deployed environment. Ryder Trauma Center is the nation’s only surgical training facility for the U.S. Army. (U.S. Army photo courtesy of 160th FRSD).
