A Peruvian Air Force Mi-17 helicopter, assigned to the FAP Air Group 3, and West Virginia Army National Guard UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter, assigned to Company C, 1st Battalion, 150th Aviation Regiment, taxi to the runway during a joint culminating exercise training event in support of Resolute Sentinel 2024, at Base Vitor, Peru, June 12, 2024. Throughout RS24 the U.S. Special Forces have been teaching the Peruvian and Colombian Special Forces members advanced close air support tactics and procedures, practicing tactical combat casualty care, and improving their collective abilities in preparation for this culminating exercise.
