Weasel of the Week is a 20th Fighter Wing recognition program in which base leadership congratulates members for their hard work, excellence and dedication to the mission. Cisneros was selected for his positive attitude, job expertise and leadership skills. He is in charge of a 13-member team that performs routine inspections of the runway pavement and lights. He is also a land zone safety officer, which allows him to operate pre-established dirt airfields for use by cargo planes to expand operational capabilities in remote areas across the globe.
