Info Tech Soldier identifies scope of responsibility as greatest difference in NATO assignment
U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Tyler Sivy is assigned to Allied Land Command in Izmir, Turkiye, providing communications support to the commanding general. Sivy said a NATO assignment can be rewarding because it shows our allies that United States Soldiers are committed to the common defense of our nations and said he would encourage other Soldiers to seek out and request NATO assignments.
