Rob Keller was relieved by Cdr. Aaron Jefferson III as the 11th commanding officer, June 25, 2024. DDG 109 is named after US Marine Corps Corporal Jason Dunham, who was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for service in the Iraq War.
