The Fleet Readiness Center Southwest leadership, along with his teammates recognizes Mr. Patrick Garduno with the Golden Wrench Award for April 2024. Mr. Garduno is our most willing, capable and flexible Machinist. His vast knowledge and capability to work on multiple aircraft Type Model Series (CH-53, C-130, F/A-18 V-22 and F-35) on site and in the field with little to no assistance makes him an indispensable part of our team. With his hunger for knowledge and his willingness to take on any challenge, Mr. Garduno has made himself integral to Fleet Readiness Center Southwest’s success. Mr. Garduno’s dedication to aviation maintenance excellence and to our nation’s war-fighters makes him most deserving of the Golden Wrench Award.
