CLARKSVILLE, TENN. — Captain Lloyd Nathan, Louisville Recruiting Company commander, received his Gold Recruiting Badge, which few commissioned officers achieve. Col. Scott T. Allen, 3rd Recruiting Brigade commander, and Command Sgt. Maj. Hilda Garcia, 3rd Rctg. Bde. command sergeant major presented Nathan the badge Tuesday during a ceremony held at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tenn.
